THE BATMAN B is averaging 18.5 a night through his first 4 games, capped by a 25-point, five-three explosion in Game 036 — the stroke is real and it travels. The blank spots on the card are obvious (1.5 assists and 0.8 rebounds a game — he's a scorer and only a scorer for now), and at 1-3 the buckets haven't bent scoreboards yet — but shot-makers who fill it up this fast are exactly what a growing league wants. Give him the ball and he'll get you buckets; making them count is the next assignment.
